- Good rooms - Location close to slopes - CU (minimarket) across the street - FABULOUS RESTAURANT and in-room dining. Exceptional cooking indeed. - Very accommodative and helpful staff. When the taxi that was supposed to bring us to the station could not come, concierge drove us himself

- It is pricey, but it costs every won - Mind that there is no swimming pool (I had this impression) and kids room is closed since COVID outbreak

The hotel is amazing and very children family. it’s not too big so it’s very suitable for families as everything is just a step away. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Everything was amazing! None I don’t like about the property.

The Hotel Concierge Team was very helpful when we had difficulty hailing a taxi back to our hotel from the Yongpyong Resort, as we didn't have a local phone number. We sent them a WhatsApp text requesting a taxi, and within 1 minute, the taxi had been booked.

Very nice 5-star hotel with very large beds and beautiful rooms, very clean, unfortunately the mattresses were very, very soft, which we found uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet impressed us with its wide variety and excellent service, but unfortunately, as in many large hotel chains, some convenience food is used here too. Convenience food can, of course, also be of good quality. As everywhere in Korea, the staff are linguistically talented and professional in their work. The hotel is located in the Korean Alps in a very quiet part of town.
