Port-O-Call Hotel

Nice property and very clean.

I felt compelled to write this review because even though we stayed for one night, they (specifically Colleen) went above and beyond to make this a memorable time. I had done a wash that night and the dryer wasn't working. My clothes were still wet after 48 minutes so I went to let the front desk know just so they could have it fixed for future customers. Well Colleen at the front desk gave me a full refund for the dryer and the wash as well, which I thought was so very nice. When I got back to the room, I had to hang up my clothes all over to have them dry by the morning when we were leaving and because of that, I forgot my hat that was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I was devastated because it was my favorite hat and I tried to buy it again and it was all sold out and not being made again. So, I called the hotel and Colleen answered and she remembered me and said she would look for it. A few hours later she called me back to say she found it and would mail it back to me! In 2 days, a big box came for me from the hotel and the postage was $9! I couldn't imagine why for just a hat. When I opened the box, not only was my hat there, but Colleen had put in 2 t-shirts from the hotel as well! WOW! My mouth dropped in surprise. I can't thank her enough for helping my husband and I have a great vacation! I was sorry we were only able to stay one night. With all the horrors going on in the world, it's so refreshing to meet someone so helpful and dedicated to their job and to caring about the guests. I would stay at this hotel again and again and hope one day we can go back. Besides all that, it was right on the boardwalk, very clean and had a great restaurant. Thank you again, Colleen!

Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were very comfortable.

We recently stayed at the Port-House @ The Port-O-Call Hotel and must say that our visit was extremely enjoyable. Our reservations through Stephanie, Vicki and Caden were very easy, and everyone was professional in assisting with so many questions. The entire staff and service personnel at the hotel were always available to make our stay enjoyable.

Beautiful property. Super clean and updated. Staff is incredibly nice. Restaurant food delicious! Can't wait to stay again!

Great view.

Overal just a nice clean and friendly hotel

We enjoyed our first stay at PortOCall. It was a great location with easy parking. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Double room beds are bit small for 2 adults but comfortable. Beautiful view from oceanfront balcony of our room. Staff as friendly & helpful. We will stay again when we are in Ocean City NJ

Our Family stayed at the Port House July 31-Aug 5 2023. So very pleased with everything and with their wonderful staff. (special thank you to Stephanie) We can't wait for the opportunity to do it again.

My parents have stayed at the Port-O-Call many times and always have a wonderful time. They especially appreciated the courteous and professional hospitality provided by Caden on their most recent stay - Thank you and keep up the good work!
