Rodeway Inn Rifle

I been waiting on my money back i did not never stay because it had bed bugs and the shower did not work and they owe me money for the room and my Deposit.

This is the 2nd Rodeway Inn that we’ve stayed in. Like the rating Ive given on our first Rodeway inn, 1 star. The only amenities that we like is the ac. Everything is crap. Dirty floor. The trays with the coffee maker, even the coffee maker is dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Towels with stains. They have bed bugs too!! How would Choice Hotels allow them to operate with this kind of standard. As a paying customer we expect that rooms given to us is clean. Please Choice Hotels, check your hotel branches and make sure they are clean.

It was pretty run down. But I see new owners trying to fix it up it’s getting thrrr

The worst hotel experience ever. I booked two rooms for 10 days for a construction crew. The rooms were never cleaned in the ENTIRE 10 days nor were there towels brought in. The crew literally went to Walmart and bought their own towels. To top it off there were bedbugs. Complained to the front desk and asked to switch rooms, But were told that they were booked and couldn’t switch rooms ….which was untrue as we saw people checking out. Actually bought bug bombs and essential oils to treat the bedbugs ourselves. Absolute worst hotel experience imaginable. They don’t make a low enough rating for them.

The room was beyond dirty. It had no pillow cases the sheets were brown. White crusty stuff all over the tv stand. Shower had blank rings and something nasty spread on the walls. We didn’t stay. I was afraid to even set my bags down on the bed. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

The hotel was filthy and infested with bugs. The shots had stains and other people’s hair on them. The bugs were in the bed and the bathroom was disgusting! I had to but my own pillow and but towels because theirs were gross! I also had to sanitize and clean it the toilet was so dirty it had a black ring around it in the inside of it. The worse hotel I have ever been in! I would not be recommending this to nobody and neither should you!
