Rodeway Inn Rifle

The only thing that was nice is the front desk person. The room was run down . No fridge, No hair dryer, no clock. no phone to call front desk. The bedspread had a visible white stain on it, The dust ruffle had a 1 foot tear in it just hanging down. The t.v. and microwave were not plugged in and had to move bed to plug in t.v. when doing so man from front desk found a 2 ft long box sealed under bed and put in the chr to leave there. t.v. remote did not turn t.v. off had to get up to do so.The small chest top drawer was broken and top drawer would fall out on you. The bathroom had what looked like to be mold on shower ceiling and over vent. All painting in bathroom was shoddy and chipped. also we found trash and articles under bed like dirty sock ,baby pacifier etc. the sink was a vanity so very small for items to put up. the dead bolt on our door did not work. There was no working smoke alarm just wires hanging. Complimentary breakfast was toast, bagel coffee or cereal, all carbs. All in all a terrible place to stay. we were there for a graduation so in a hurry to change and go. we paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 and went to Hampton with my daughter instead. Will not stay here again. So disappointed. Mitch and Kim

It’s not clean.

The hotel was roach invested -- I tried to cancel my Saturday night reservation under Travel insurance number 984928647 to no avail .. That was a complete rip off ! I would like a credit on my account for a room I didnt use

Front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating when the first room had a bed that was full of hair. The second room was only a bit better and very little cleaning had occurred in that one too but the sheets were clean. Hair piles in the corners, toilet ring, shower had soap stains all over it. pretty rough place. There was someone sleeping in the lobby when I came out in the morning at 6am and a shopping cart with someone's stuff just outside the front door????

My room was cold on arrival but the clerk helped me get the heater going and I was fine

the cleanliness was atrocious stains on the bed. holes in the shower, drains didn’t drain, black spots in showers, mirrors weren’t wiped down properly. sticky floors and the guy managing the area didn’t see anything wrong with the rooms when he was showed all of the above issues. we had a stranger come up to us and tell us not to stay here. he said “do NOT stay here”

This is a classic old property that is in need of serious upgrades you can certainly spend a nite or 2 there just remember don’t expect a lot of amenities because you won’t get them.

left prior to breakfast... demanded my money back after no bathing facilities and filthy tubs/showers in 2 different rooms

1st room was filthy... no hot water. Tub didnt have plugs looked like someone threw up in the tub. complained to desk clerk...stated that they "legally couldn't enter the room to fix it until my reservation had expired. Made him get someone else. 2nd guy listened to may predicament then talked to his wife for about 20 minutes (at 5am) then offered to look at it. he confirmed that the hot water control was broken. He determined that the sink had hot water and asked me to use it to bathe with! I still complained and they moved to another room worse than the 1st one asked for my money and deposit to be immediately returned. They stated that it couldn't be completed until after 9am
