The location was beautiful

We were not informed there was a wedding untill we arrived and we were unable to dine there and had to travel out to eat after a long journey.the air conditioning facility was inadequate and noisy that we were unable to use while we slept which made the hearing the room unbearable, we had to ask 3 times over a 12he period for an iron AB’s iron board as we had travelled for a remembrance service in Neerkant The bar service was extremely poor and we were only served one drink in 2hrs at which time we were then told the bar was closed at 10.30

"Mooi verzorgd hotel op rustige locatie"

Rust en ligging

Op zondagavond was het restaurant dicht en wellicht daardoor maakte het hotel een wat uitgestorven indruk. Omdat de ligging mooi (vijver!) en afgelegen is moet je voor iets te eten of drinken er toch weer op uit. Dat vonden wij jammer.

"Fijn hotel waar gastvrijheid en kwaliteit op 1 staan"

Heerlijk hotel als je in de omgeving van Venlo moet zijn. Maximaal comfort en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel beschikt over een gezellige bar en een mooi restaurant met een mooie kaart. Parkeren is gratis en voorzien van voldoende laadpalen op eigen terrein. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en de koffie is top.

Helaas was de bediening in het restaurant erg jong en onervaren, een ervaren gastheer/ gastvrouw zou niet verkeerd zijn.
