Very welcoming host, lovely room, good breakfast.Little extras ( bottled water, fresh milk, brownies) were a bonus Glorious garden

Great location, stunning garden

Perfect location for us. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Lovely traditional English breakfast. There were complimentary biscuits, water and cookies available (as well as normal room tea/coffee facilities). This is the first time I've used a B&B for a number of years. The experience was so much better than I had expected. Would recommend and would revisit.

Home made biscuits or perfect cooked breakfasts or comfy beds or lovely garden or great central location in Bowness - its hard to choose one reason.

Having to leave.

Close to nearby lake. Not too far from shops and restaurants etc. Accommodation was perfect. Breakfast was yummy and the afternoon cake and access to water and fresh milk was a fantastic idea. Would 100% stay again

Very nice stay, host had obviously put a lot of thought into the organisation of the venue - the daily cake and cookies was nice welcoming touch. The breakfast was a good standard with a choice of full English or healthier options . Room was clean and breakfast organised well

There was nothing to complain about

Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the extra little touches such as homemade cake and shortbread. Fresh milk in fridge on the landing. Peaceful location and beautiful garden.

Our third visit to Fairfield and wont be our last, becoming an annual event as we love the location and the friendley feel of the accomodation very well run and a pleasure to stay.

Not a lot, walk into Bowness only a short distance but bit of a hill could cause an issue.

Fairfield house was lovely with a beautiful garden. Bedroom was spotless & even had fresh milk & bottles of water in a fridge on the landing along with huge cookies & chocolate brownies. Excellent 👌
