Rooms were dirty, dusty with cobwebs in every corner… our first room was indicated “by the pool”, but was actually in a building by the pool facing the street. in the first room, the entire towel rack was rusted, the safe was locked, there were no cups next to the tea kettle (which was full of water). The sink was clogged as was the shower which completely flooded the bathroom. When we told the manager, he switched us to another room “ocean side” on the ground floor. This turned out to be a room in a building by the ocean, facing a wall of unkempt bushes. This second room was extremely humid so when we left for the evening, we lowered the shutters, and left them a crack open to air. When we returned a few hours, we found the shutters completely raised and the window wide open. The bed had been turned down but there were still cobwebs and spiders in every corner. Finally, the parking gate worked the first night but broke down the next two days and was left wide open for the rest of our stay.

Good location, excellent for the beach. Nice and quiet.

Good location & comfortable rooms. Excellent - it quite expensive - restaurant. Pleasant staff/good welcome.

No lift to first floor bedrooms.
