Quattro at Mantons Creek

Good location and comfortable room. Great view over the vineyards. Quiet and peaceful but only minutes from cafes and wineries.

No one on site and phone provided was only answered during business hours. A courtesy call on arrival to make sure everything was fine would have been appreciated.

This was a booking I made in the mistaken assumption that the following amenities would be available - a cellar door , a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. However on checking in , we found that the property was empty except for us and that no facilities nor staff were available within the property during week days. The room was spartan at best with the bathroom contents very poor and no had facilities except a small sandwich toaster and a mini fridge for guests to make use of. Despite numerous attempts ,the Wi-Fi did not connect !! Numerous calls to the number provided by Epicurean were not answered and remain unanswered to date. There were two vouchers for AUD60 in total left on the bed. However the local epicurean Restaurant in Red Hill was shut by 3 PM !

Everything ! See above . A complete waste of AUD500 !!

bed was very hard. it was the only thing about the place that wasn’t great. we highly recommend this accomodation, but bring a mattress topper if you suffer from a bad back.

Lovely and quiet, contactless check in and check out. Lovely surprise breakfast left outside the door! Big room and comfortable.

The breakfast was a nice surprise when we opened the door to leave for our tour, but then we didn't get to enjoy it! It would have been nice if they knocked to let us know it was there! Also on the day of checkout the breakfast was there only just before time of check out so we could not enjoy it. Everything else was lovely

There was no breakfast. The view of the vineyard form the balcony was attractive and the bed and pillows were comfortable . Good to have a coffee machine and toaster and fresh milk.

Budget shower with no mixer tap. No plug for basin for wet shave. No bath towels available on arrival ( I had to go back to ‘Chris’ at next door property would let me in to room 3 to borrow theirs. Not at all easy to access premises; I was told I was in Pinot Noir room but not that it was room 4 . Chris had to show me where key safes were and how to open. Premium price charged for a quiet day in that nothing open or operating on Tuesday or Wednesday. Some previous ‘customer’ appears to have walked off with a print or painting as one wall just had a picture hook on it!

Seems they don't read special requests on booking forms The towels were small no face washers single ply toilet paper No notification about breakfast when left in hall uncovered at 9.30 when check out at 10 restaurant overpriced

Needed batteries in the remotes HAHA
