There were insects everywhere ,bathroom was filty...i had to move alsowhere
Very old proparties ac not working . Breakfast need to be improved .the taxi outside in front of the hotel was noisy Location is good
It was a terrible experince, hotel is really old and falling apart, doesnt look anything like the pictures, room are dirty and the shower head had mold all over it, the room had no anenities whats so ever , they wanted to charge us for water even. Breakfast was terrible and put on some dirty sheets.
I never posted a review but this hotel was so bad that I had to advise everyone to avoid at any expense. The worst rooms and they do not care! they tell one to deal with it! Broken tiles, blocked bath, paint on the floor, broken doors, wires coming out of the walls! It is the worst place I have ever stayed in!
Easy checkin and the cleaning staff were pleasant. The shower fitting needs cleaning/replacing as it is severely scaled which causes it to spray water onto the toilet from any angle. The shower drain is also ineffective/blocked causing the shower tray to overflow. No soap provided. The breakfast does not deserve mention beyond saying so.

Last year, we stayed in a refurbished king room that was comfortable. This year when we arrived, we were given the choice of two very dated, shabby (holes in wall, terrible carpet, old furniture, 2-star bedding). We were fatigued from a 15 hour flight so we accepted the better of the two, hoping for an upgrade the next day. After 2 hours, the room was still cold and we asked about it. They admitted that they had a problem with their heating system and so the room was cold. They had no other options. We left at 11:30 pm and checked in to the Mozart Hotel. We were lucky that they had space. We are still waiting for our promised refund. It seems that they have some 4 star rooms but they also have a lot of 2 star rooms. They spent a lot of money updating their lobby this past year but they need to fix the rooms!
I was sleeping... and at 9 am i was surprised seeing the cleaners in my room They didn’t even knock the door. That all because they do not have that label which says DO NOT DISTURB. The bed was uncomfortable at all. Breakfast was less than normal. The bathroom’s door is very noisy when opening and closing. I would give this hotel 0 start Their is even so much more.
The hotel is under new managmentioned and is still under decoration but the furniture is old and in a bad condition . No kitchen ( no life ) at this one
After all the trip it was just wonderful and I recommended
