Das Ambiente ist super. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und behilflich bei allen Fragen. Wir hatten sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Der sichere Parkplatz in der Garage. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, aber ganz typisch für die Region. Wasserdruck gut und heißes Wasser in der Dusche und am Waschbecken. WLAN gut.

Leider ist in der Nähe die Partymeile, was bedeutet am Wochenende ist es richtig laut. Dazu kann man ein leises Zimmer anfragen. Die Betten gaben bei jeder Bewegung ein Geräusch von sich. Geruch aus den Abflüssen im Badezimmer, das gehört renoviert.

Veronica and her staff were so helpful with making my stay an enjoyable experience,plus also helping me with my learning of Spanish. Initially there were two houses and modifications were made to join them together,my term is "old world charm",so homely. Located in a quiet streetthe area is very safe day and night,you are only 5 minutes walk to shops,cafes,restaurants, bars and transport,Uber is very cheap in Quito. Room was large and spacious with outside balcony,tables and chairs.It had two plate electric hotplate,fridge,plates,pots,cutlery,so if you fancied to do your own cooking the option was there.Large supermarket ten minutes walk The breakfast was nice,cereals,fruit,yoghurt, eggs,toast,coffee,tea.

The property is decorated in a distinctive and home-y way, with many personal artifacts and a lot of character, in a "shabby chic" style. The proprietors are friendly without being pushy; happy to offer advice or assist with tour arrangements or transportation if you want, but not intrusive. Downsides: our bathroom had issues; randomly no hot water, toilet couldn't be flushed with any toilet paper in it, and the shower was dated. You can't adjust the room temperature directly. Breakfast was pleasant but fairly minimal (e.g. my husband had to ask for butter/jam for his toast). All in all, a pleasant stay with just a few annoyances.

Great communication with one member of the staff before our arrival (her name is Veronica). She tried her best to accommodate our family and make the best out of our stay. The loft was very clean, the hotel is small and cosy, very nice breakfast.

If you are a tall/big person, you might find their double beds small, so the option is to choose their twin rooms and you will certainly enjoy your stay like we did.

Freundliches Personal. Kostenfreies Parken (sollte man früh buchen, da nur 2 Plätze verfügbar und nur kleine Autos). Gute, sichere und ruhige Lage.

Entgegen der Angabe keine Pflegeprodukte vorhanden (keine Seife). Hier sollte man nicht erst nachfragen müssen. entgegen der Angabe keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Zimmer hat leider nicht so schön ausgesehen wie auf den Bildern beziehungsweise war es auch ein anderes Zimmer. die ersten beiden Bilder im Anhang haben wir fotografiert, das dritte Bild ist ein Screenshot aus der Hotelbeschreibung.

Hotel maravilhoso em bairro chique . Decoração francesa sofisticada, quartos grandes e acolhedores. Próximo a bares e restaurantes. Pedimos informação ao atendente do hotel e ele foi pra rua nos levar... Incrível! Verônica, a gerente, nos ajudou em tudo, inclusive autorizando saída retardada, Carinho total!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, it’s an oasis of calm and tranquility in the middle of Quito. Veronica and Omar took care of me so well, I’m very grateful to them for addressing all my requests with care and consideration. My room was fantastic, confortable, very clean and relaxing. This will be my go to place to stay in Quito going forward :)
