Elite Seef Residence & Hotel

I liked: the room, tv, bed, sofas, full kitchen, great breakfast, and friendly staff. I didn't like: lack of response on special requests, such as blankets and pillows. Great breakfast and service at breakfast, fresh omelette was a nice thing. Bar was sufficient but too small. Pool was small, kids club was closed for reno, free parking, very smooth check in. All in all 4 star is accurate and price is perfect for that standard.

As a family of four we usually look for a two bedroom suite when traveling. The Elite Seef Hotel and Residences was just what we needed for our recent weekend trip to Bahrain. It is very near the main malls and easily accessible from the main roads. The hotel is clean and the furniture is in decent but not luxurious. The pillows were not great and we found the complimentary breakfast was not up to our standards. However we really enjoyed the poolside live entertainment which is every Thursday and Friday night. The poolside BBQ looked inviting but we had already eaten at one of the local restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would do so again in the future.

We booked this hotel because of the apartment style. A downside is the lack of a bathtub. The sink couldn't be shut to create a mini bath for my baby, informed housekeeping who said they'd get someone from maintenance, but no one ever came to fix it.

Lovely pool area with plenty of chairs to relax and unwind in. Pretty flowers and trees make it very pleasant to look at. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

Absolutely comfortable from check in to check out. The entire team were amazing in their care of the guest. We wanted an early check in - they said " Yes ". We looked tired after travel - they gave us enough time to freshen up and still get to an extra breakfast beyond their normal time. Vehicles for travel were made ready instantly. There was a room upgrade too without our asking for it. Room essentials were refilled every day in abundance. The check out was a cinch. The senior manager himself was present to greet us on arrival, as also at our time of departure. I was almost wondering whether I had been selected for some VIP post without my knowledge after I left from home. Great Experience overall.

I have had a fantastic holiday @elite residance and hotel.i will use the hotel again.very kind and helpful reception staff.AARON was brilliant that first evening. Really awesome staff there always smilling. I was upgraded to a posher room wow so me my brother enjoyed a beautiful holidaying

I was in Bahrain for the 2015 Formula 1 race. When I checked in I was warmly greeted by the concierge. However, he informed me that my reservations had some how been cancelled. I had my reservation email with me in print and also on my cell. The GM came out and he assured me that everything would be fine. I had originally booked a studio because I was alone and really didn't need anything else. I mentioned that and replied that I would be okay with a smaller room. The GM worked everything out and they put me in a suite! Later that evening when I went to dinner, the Seef Elite has theme based buffets on the weekend, the GM even was there and he made sure that I was well taken care of. I spent most of my days at the Bahrain International Circuit and came straight back to the hotel for the buffet. The food was great. The room was very nice. I had my own myfi router, but I didn't need it because the wifi was free and fast. The staff was very courteous all of the time. Parking was free and covered in the garage. There were a couple of malls just a few blocks away. The hotel is in a business district with good access to the major arteries. The rooms were spacious and quiet even though I was on the level of the pool. The hotel looks plain on the outside, but there is an inner courtyard where you'll find the pool and a very beautiful garden with several nooks to relax in seclusion. Great for couples.

Our second visit here, the hotel is currently being renovated. Apartments very well provided and comfortable, big improvement noticed in the pool area, addition of bar, spa and restaurant since our last visit. Staff very friendly and helpful. On arrival the apartment appeared clean but on closer inspection there were some areas that could have been improved on. Also strange smell in the living room which was possibly bad drains or stale cooking smell. Cleaner did try to eradicate this but it did linger for our stay, not present in the bedroom. Only ate breakfast in the restaurant which was good with plenty of choice. Very good value for money and would definitely book again and recommend to friends. Free Wifi and parking were an added bonus.

Good proximity to Seef Mall. We stayed in the 3-room suite and though a little pricey, there was enough space for our family (5 kids).
