Misty Peaks Guesthouse

Everything was sooo good. We had a wonderful night together- our group of ten. Six bedrooms all so well furnished and the kitchen was superb for us to make a delicious dinner , with more than enough of all crockery. Toiletries smelled lovely. Everything was great - the views, the surroundings- everyone wished we stayed a night more!!

Good location and amazing views of the mountains.

This property may well have been a guest house in the past and is now let as a self catering holiday house. The property is big, and lacks a homely feel. The cleaning of the kitchen was in some part’s woefully inadequate. Some electrical appliances were poorly connected and needed replacing. Sadly the owner was not responsive to our concerns.

Everything!!!!! If I could have stayed forever I would have. This house was amazing. The best place I have ever stayed. So sad to leave.

Lovely, well furnished, warm house with plenty of room in a great location. Wonderful communication with host.

Very comfortable and roomy. Views of the mountains on one side and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Lake Matheson on the other.

We had a little hiccup with drainage in a couple of the showers but that was just a one off unlucky occurrence. Debs the host was very responsive when the issue was raised.
