wellness, vstřícný personál

nefunkční dávkovač mýdla, nedostali jsme manželskou postel, ale dvě samostatné postele vedle sebe (ačkoliv jsme měli mít manželskou postel), catering vypadal pěkně, ale chutná hůře (ředěné džusy, levné moučníky,…), spousta vizuálních drobností (hnijící zábradlí na balkoně, kusy betonu místo zarážek do dveří, odlupující se omítka)
