Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Bei einem Problem mit der Toilette (die Spülung lief ständig) war der Umgang mit dem Problem und mit uns extrem unprofessionell! Wir haben das Problem das erste Mal um 18:00 Uhr gemeldet, dann nochmals um 22:00Uhr, dann kam die Dame von der Rezeption mit und hat sich das Ganze erst mal angesehen und und gefragt, was wir denn gemacht haben. Erst nach weiteren 3 Besuchen in unserem Zimmer und massiver Drohung unsererseits, dass wir wieder abreisen, bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Das ganze ohne jegliche Entschuldigung oder Hilfe beim Umzug in die 3. Etage. Unseres Erachtens machen die Mitarbeiter an der Bar, im Restaurant und in der Küche einen sehr guten Job. Das kann man von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption leider nicht sagen.
