The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It's in a good location, walking distance from Monaco. The main receptionist was very nice - when I had an issue she was apologetic and got the problem solved for me.

The cleaners left my door unlocked while I was out for a whole day. I was shocked when I came back that evening and found my door unlocked. When I informed the man on reception at the time, he didn't react at all. No apology, no explanation, no reassurance that it wouldn't happen again. Luckily nothing was stolen, but anyone could've easily walked into my room all day. The next day I came back after work and the toilet seat was broken. I know it's an expensive area, but for the amount I was paying, I don't expect there to be any issues, especially ones like these!

"Très bon séjour, hôtel confortable et bien situé."

Chambre confortable et propre, avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Hôtel calme dans l’ensemble. Très bon emplacement, à environ 7 minutes à pied du casino de Monaco. Personnel aimable et arrangeant, nous avons pu ajouter une nuit supplémentaire sans difficulté.

Léger bruit de l’ascenseur car notre chambre était située juste à côté. La nuit ajoutée sur place était un peu plus chère que le tarif proposé sur Booking.
