Location was convenient to shops cafes

The private pool could not be used, which was one of the reason we booked the apt! Needless to say we did get a refund promptly, the staff were very helpful!

Couldn’t lock the bathroom door. Dishwasher was broken (they did offer to send someone in to repair it but we refused as we didn’t want the interruption)

View is fantastic, pool is great with kids

Third time staying, 2nd and 3rd time staying was in the same room, this time round can tell the room was needing a little touch up compared to the same room last year. Seems previous people who stayed didn't clean what they used in the kitchen and had to be re washed.

Lovely view, centrally located for our purposes and good security.

The location, cleanliness & helpfulness of staff, particularly Sarah. An overall comfortable & well appointed unit. The pool & sauna were great, the gym was small but adequate.

We had to change our secure parking spot twice but Sarah was very helpful in co-ordinating this. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. The entertainment unit needs updating - the middle door slammed on my foot on opening, another was held together by blutac. No decent coffee as a starter pack for the plunger or pod machine & no herbal teas. No cards or games but Sarah sourced some for us for the duration of our stay.

Apartment had not been cleaned properly when we arrived. When I enquired about a reclean that wasnt possible, so i took cleaning materials to do it myself. Maintenance on the apartment was poor - broken fittings, worn fittings, in need of a bit of an interior refresh.

very spacious apartment with wrap around verandah, great location - easy to walk to beach, cafes etc. We had a private pool for afternoon sunny swims. Great storage and well stocked in Kitchen. Main bedroom wardrobe big and lots of hangers. Handy to have the trolleys to carry luggage from carpark to apartments.

Main bathroom - the shower huge which is great, except a huge flaw in the design as the water doesn't drain well so it ends up spilling out of the shower all over the bathroom floor. We had to keep switching the water off and cutting showers short to avoid this. No wardrobe or drawers to store or put clothes in the x2 bedrooms. Would be good to have some sun loungers (or any furniture) inside the pool area so you can sit and watch kids swimming.
