"Удобный хороший отель."

В целом очень приятное впечатления, очень приветливый персонал, велеколепный завтрак, есть все, не хуже хороших пятерок за границей. Номера просторные и чистые. Рекомендую для всех и для пар и для семей.

"Уютное место после ночного перелёта!"

Заехал в 4 часа утра, но никого не пришлось ждать, всё чётко и оперативно. Сотрудники отеля зарядили мой севший телефон. ( Моя походная зарядка сломалась), разбудили к завтраку, разрешили задержаться на 1 час после 12-00. Причём всё было очень вежливо, но с достоинством. Отличный завтрак : зерновой кофе, что уже редко бывает в трёхзвёздочных отелях, свежая выпечка, вкусные горячие блюда.

20 минут от Аэропорта. 20 минут от центра. Интернет работает хорошо. Круглосуточно работает кухня. Мебель старая в номере, стол чем то залит и вспучился лак. Номер чистый, приятный.

I was pleasantly delighted with my stay, I highly recommend the upgrade to the suite it is very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very hospitable and helpful in every way. All front desk staff are multilingual and eagerly await to assist you. They make it a point to get to know every customer.The breakfast buffet is exceptionally hearty and rotated daily and is always fresh and hot. The hotel is attached to one of the largest indoor water parks that I've ever seen that is family friendly. The hotel offers 24/ 7 room service with a good variety or visit the restaurant on property, the staff there is also very friendly and hospitable. And for those that want to do a little shopping there is a large mall adjacent to the hotel with a wide variety of store and a food court for those that are homesick and need a quick sandwich from Subway or McDonalds. All in all I would rate this property a 4.7 on a scale of 5 and I will stay there on my next trip. Coach Jimmy K

Все великолепно. Понравился завтрак (шведский стол) и то, что по желанию клиента могут приготовить яичницу или омлет. Номер удобный. Не понравился район. Две ночи подряд собирались автомобилисты в полпервого ночи и дрифтовали на площади перед торговым комплексом и гостиницей. Считаю что это серъезно и полиции района нужно обратить внимание на нарушение закона о тишине.

"Worst stay ever."

The hotel is in very run down, far away from town. Rooms in general poor state, sparsely furnished, beds, bedding and towels in poor condition.

As noted above the hotel was nice, staff was good. However, daily cleaning and fresh towels needed to be asked for. WiFi Internet did not work. If you are aware of these things then I would say overall the hotel was as expected.
