The room was big,, had a small terrave and access to the Pool. It was very quiet. Just 15min to walk to Main boulevard. Breakfast was good, vegetabkes, different kind of fruits, different king of cheese, ham, eggs, jam etc....wide range...fantastic stay for 2-3 nights, which i had....very friendly stuff, extreme helpful, jung,, open-minded. Next time I stay in Arad...only in XO residence . Thsnk you so much for the great time i had in your residence

Locația are parcare în fața proprietății, un fel de parcare stradală. Camera e destul de mare și aerisită. Pentru mine patul a fost comod, m-am odihnit bine pe saltea. Un plus a fost micul-dejun inclus în preț. Un alt plus e balconul. A fost destul de cald în cameră. Baie mare, apă caldă, deci totul ok și pe aspectul ăsta. Receptionerul o persoană cum trebuie, amabilă. Totul ok. Locația are și piscină care, din câte înțeleg, e disponibilă vara până la ora 22.00.

Micul dejun cam sărăcuț. Minim pentru o persoana afalata in tranzit care se bazeaza pe masa asta dimineata devreme. Priza din stânga ușii de la baie nu e stabilă, camera 5, ar trebui să vă uitați la ea. Raportul calitate/pret peste medie.

Le personne, Marius était parfait avant et pendant notre séjour, le reste du personnel était très bien aussi. Les chambres sont très propres.

Difficultés pour parquer, petit déjeuner un peu faible.
