Location is amazing. The view for pool side balcony into the mountain was a big bonus

We had several cockroaches in our room, and we immediately contacted the reception about this every single time we noticed one. They were very understanding and cooperative at the time, and said that they took it seriously. Nothing ever happened. On our check out, I talked to the receptionist again and made a complaint and then they said that the room was going to be cleaned. When I contacted booking about this to get a partial refund, the hotel all of a sudden told me that they had no record at all of our complaints. This made me furious! This is such an unprofessional hotel and staff to behave like this to a paying guest. I do not recommend this hotel at all!
