No9 Springfield

The bathroom was extremely small and not pleasant to shower .

Had one lovely night at No9 Springfield. The staff were very friendly and the little cafe at the front was great for coffee. The location is amazing! Everything is in walking distance and the train station is a 2 min walk. There are endless options for food, coffee and gelato, so the location is definitely prime! The only thing that was a bit difficult was getting to the 4th floor. We had friends that had a room on the 4th floor and they had to take the lift to level 3 and then climb two flights of stairs with all their luggage. If you had little luggage it wouldn't be a drama but 3 big bags was a bit difficult.

The hotel is nice. Just the strong smell of perfume/cologne is still in the room when I entered at 8pm.

Enjoyed another pleasant stay at Springfield - room was comfortable and great value for money here in the centre of Sydney.

Lovely building and good cafe

Had a great stay, beds were super comfortable, it’s beautiful inside. Bathroom water pressure was great as I read it wasn’t. Parking was cheap which was great as many charge a lot more. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place and will stay again.

Great location and rooms are fantastic for the price

Room was not ready until 2 and half hours after the check in time. Staff member did not have a solution on compensating myself being the customer

The bed was comfortable. There was no hot water in the shower I had to stand on top of a chair to lock the sash window. We had arranged a late check out and the front desk staff member harassed us outside the building accusing us of playing the system. We think this is because we reported to her our cold showers which she did not believe saying that no one else had said this Her attitude was very unsettling Location is good for Kings Cross. Quieter than some areas.
