First impression of thus establishment was the friendly, courteous, professional, and attentive service from Courage, the front desk clerk. An employee like him is who any company should have as a standard for first impressions. The hotel was nice, clean, spacious, and full of amenities that anyone could expect. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again

We had one issue which was no hot water in the showers. 1st to 3rd day ice cold. Last day 3 minutes of hot water then ice cold. There is clearly an issue with this room being at the end of the hot water line. HOWEVER, the staff handled it beautifully. They offered a partial refund without me having to get angry or upset first. I appreciate that they handled it well and I was satisifed with the partial refund.

Everything else was great.
