El personal fue muy amable. El hotel está ubicado sobre una calle con gran variedad de restaurantes y negocios, cerca del metro. Y en el mismo hotel hay una máquina para cambiar dinero. El cuarto estaba muy limpio. Sin duda volveríamos.

Solo es un detalle, pero me hubiera gustado tener un cuarto para lavar la ropa, ya que el servicio de lavado cobraba por prenda individual.

Great location, close to Namsan Park / Seoul Tower, Leeum Samsung Art Gallery and lots of trendy shops. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

First night I was in a room on level 12 where the sound of aircon units was loud. I requested a move though, which was possible and next room was fine.

location is good. Price good. Check-in superfast.

Breakfast is so so. Enjoy it better outside. Beds are too hard for my taste.
