This hotel is a bit far from the city center. I chose to stay here mainly because of the highly rated pool and the reviews mentioning a free foam party for kids. Unfortunately, we later found out that the foam party is only available on weekends or selected dates, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons for booking. The hotel facilities are quite limited, with the pool being the main attraction. The surrounding views are nothing special. The breakfast was good, with a variety of Indonesian dishes, and I especially enjoyed the coffee. I paid for 3 guests (breakfast), Children aged 9 and below free breakfast, while those above 9 are charged the adult rate. The family room was spacious enough for 5 people, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room felt a bit dated and could be improved in terms of maintenance, flooring, and cleanliness. The air conditioning was not working properly at first, but the staff responded and resolved the issue. Overall, while the pool and breakfast were the highlights of our stay, the experience did not meet my expectations based on the reviews. Sorry, but I would not choose to stay here again in the future.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you plan to stay outside of town and have a rental car. The hotel is located in a very remote area, making it difficult to get anywhere without a car or taxi. If your goal is to explore the city, this is not an ideal location.

Our stay was very disappointing. We booked five rooms, and upon arrival, three of them had non-functioning air conditioning. While I appreciate that the front desk responded quickly and sent maintenance staff right away, dealing with the issue took over 2.5 hours of our vacation time. Instead of enjoying the pool, shopping, or sightseeing, we were stuck waiting for repairs. After maintenance worked on the rooms, only two of the three air conditioning units were fixed. One room still did not cool properly and also had a strong odor that smelled like urine. We eventually had to request a room change. To make matters worse, I noticed that some of the bed sheets appeared dirty. The hotel staff tried to address the problems, but these are basic issues that should have been identified and resolved before guests checked in. Because so much time was spent dealing with room problems, we never even had the opportunity to use the pool or enjoy the hotel's amenities. Overall, the combination of maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and the remote location made for a very disappointing stay.
