"It was not what I was expecting due to amenities not available as advertised.."

Decent location, room, and breakfast.

Mold in bath/shower. Pool not working. Internet not working. Inconvenient check in possibly due to misinformation from Booking.com. I feel I should get a partial refund.

"Staff was fantastic"

The staff was second to none, very friendly, professional and accommodating. Place was very clean, location was good.

Bed was a little harder then I like but if you like thwm firm you would like it. Breakfast was ok wasn't great but good.

Spacious room. Bed just soft enough! Loved the pillows. Good hot breakfast. TV screen was flashing and it was quickly exchanged out.

Pool out of service. Wasn't informed of the ability to use pool next door. Commode ran constantly i choose for them to not to call in maintenance. Not enough light in bathroom and no fan to keep mirrors from fogging up. But still nice
