Common areas nice..

Our rooms bathroom was a bit of a mess. Tub was peeling paint, had a Matt in it covering stains, calling was a mess and the tile in front of tin needs attention. Room 402

"Terrible"

There was a pool and pretty large spread at breakfast. The foyer was pretty with large chandelier and fireplace.

Our room SHOOK the entire time. It was awful. Because we had a service dog they placed us in a specific room, 203, above the mechanical room. This is not compliant with ADA law. The floor vibrated so hard that the beds were vibrating all night. We couldn’t sleep. When people were smoking outside on the patio around the corner, the smoke was sucked into the room. We had our baby with us and I’m sure she could smell it too. At breakfast the chocolate milk was sour, of course we didn’t know until our daughter spit it out. All of the other mothers were complaining too. Do not recommend. And definitely not worth $200+ a night.

Difficult getting TV to work. TV was very small. Had to call down to find out how to turn it on. Bed was not that comfortable or the pillows. Breakfast okay.

"Nice place"

Everyone was very friendly, place seemed nice and clean. Breakfast was great.

Just needs a little updating. Overall a nice hotel. I would stay there again.

The front staff person was incredible. She gave us bottle water for our room, warm cookies and was so very warm and friendly. Never had this service at the Country Inn and Suite we have stayed at in Hinesville, GA. The breakfast was very good, very clean.
