The biggest room we've had during our stays in Seoul. The room was clean and fresh and the location was convenient too with busses going directly to Hongdae area. The staff were very helpful too when we had any questions.

위치와 시설, 직원들의 친절도 등 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

새벽 1~2시 경에 10층 복도에서 취객들이 1시간 가까이 시끄럽게 굴며 난동을 부렸는데, 일정 주기로 순찰을 돌거나 CCTV 모니터링 등을 통해 이런 소란을 제때 감지하고 적절한 대응을 해주셨으면 합니다.
