Must get there by 10 PM or the motel won't give you a room and keeps the money paid via Expedia. No refund and no room. Be very careful the neighborhood appears dangerous and sketchy.

"Stay away"

2.0

Horrible! They charge you if you miss check in. I usually get to Las Vegas late(10:30) and never had I had issues with the hotel front desk being closed. It was closed so I wasn't able to check in but yet they charge me for the night! Front desk is rude! Next day I came back. The room I stayed in was disgusting, the toilet didn't have water! Stay away. Go else where

"Series of unfortunate events"

2.0

Booked a 2 Queen Bedroom, there was only one bed. The staff including Janella gave an unwarranted, terrible attitude. There were random and suspicious people loitering around the parking lot during the night, raises a safety issue. Air conditioning did not function at all, and when I confronted this issue to the front desk, the response was "I'm sorry to hear that." Thanks for nothing. There was no trash bin. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. 2 out of 3 my room keys did not function. The vertical blinds had missing slots, had to improvise to give me and my guests some privacy. I would not stay here again. I'm a simple person, and my group and I are very adaptable. It's just unfortunate that what the hotel offered through its website and pictures and promises, it or they did not live up to the agreements proposed. And that is why I'm disappointed. We would have been better in a hostel because at least we wouldn't be surprised with unexpected lack of accommodations.

"If at all possible, stay elsewhere! Fair warning."

4.0

Spent two nights in this dump. I made the reservation through Hotels.com and ended up paying more when I checked into the motel. I had to change rooms because the heater didn't work. The second room's security wasn't good, I could see sky around the front door.

I wont go there again. It was the worst hotel that we stayed ever in Las Vegas. The front desk people was rude. All of a sudden people from some other room entered in our room with their room key (security?????).

"Restaurant is a health hazard"

2.0

The refurbished Barcelona Hotel and Casino now known as Siegel Suites appeared clean and security guard, slot attendants and casino staff were cheerful and helpful. So, why the one star? THE RESTAURANT! My husband and I went in on a Sunday morning around 11am to try the new soul food kitchen and the wait staff was fine, but the food was an insult and I believe the cook deliberately adulterated the food. We received a lot of hostile attitude from two other restaurant goers, there were 5 other people in there besides us. I ordered the eggs and shrimp. Hubby ordered eggs over medium, English muffin well done. Despite the lack of business in the restaurant, it took more than 45 minutes to get the food. I joked: "They are out catching my shrimp." The food finally arrived. My eggs were very runny and had an off/oily taste to them. Hubby's eggs were barely cooked, (Note to Chef: SALMONELLA KILLS!), and the English muffin hadn't even seen a toaster. Hubby asked for the eggs to be over medium and when the return dish was slung on the table, the eggs looked like two dried out hockey pucks. I never dreamed, until now, of someone using food as a weapon. We were disappointed and disgusted at what appeared to be a "middle finger" salute to people who wanted to enjoy breakfast. When it came time to pay the bill, we couldn't find the server but I heard a great deal of loud, "gotcha" laughter from the kitchen. The security guard summoned the waitress so I could pay the bill, and the female chef, what an angry, ugly, violent, soul-scarred woman, came out of the kitchen jerking her chin at us, bobbling her head, eyes hard and angry and puffing out her chest like an pouter pigeon and her hands on her hips. We left and within twenty minutes I urgently had stomach issues and for the next three days I couldn't get far from a restroom. Later that day as I clenched my stomach in agony, I understood the "gotcha" laughter, the attitude and the chin jerking. She may have put dish soap - or worse - in my food. I don't even want to think about it. To the Chef: GET HELP, YOU'RE A SERIOUSLY DISTURBED WOMAN.
