Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam

The room and tv channels, the chefs during our breakfast time was amazing, floors staffs should be more attentive during breakfast time although it a buffet style. There is one front office guy who never failed to greet me and other guests at the hotel whether you are at the lobby area or if I meet him along the corridor area at bestm

The swimming pools

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping areas and eateries.

The soundproofing could be improved as some noise can be heard from outside or neighboring rooms. Breakfast options could also be more varied.

Their service was very good, staffs were very helpful and friendly. Have been travelling to many countries like Iceland, Norway and the services here I would said in my top 3 ranking. Really pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good

The room was very small, the window view was blocked, there was no cupboard, and no place to put luggage. The bathroom size was very small.
