I was disappointed when the room was not cleaned on during my stay. No towels were taken or cleaned and I had to go down to the front desk in order to get new ones.

when looking for a hotel I looked for Pet Friendly. When I got there they charged me 75.00+tax for my pet. That is not pet friendly. We couldn't use the pool (and I so wanted the use of the pool, one of the reasons I choose this hotel) it was to cold and the pictures on the hotel web site made the pool look bigger. There wasn't a spa there either which to my understanding there was one. This is the second property by Candlewood we have stayed at and we won't be staying with them anywhere again.
