I got banned for no reason I have a service dog 6 lb

They banned me after staying there they found out that I had a 6 lb dog but they failed to realize that it was a service dog

breakfast not good ,could hear people in next room

Booked this hotel last min to have a place to rest at this would have been my 2nd time here not the best but it was ok to stay at for the night .Heres how this adventure goes ive booked 3rd party alot for perks of points through south west well i pulled up to lobby door and seen a woman who took care of us last vist in spring her name was crystal and welcomed me with open arms because we chatted a few times for different thing i was looking for in room like extra pillows she remembered me like i said but she had punched out then i was talking to the other host and was greeted with i hate Spanish men thinking she was joking i let it go because she looked Hispanic well it got better from there crystal the girl who i knew from last stay rushed out the door as soon as she heard this ignorant comment then there was another lady who was there on a scooter who seen the nasty person behind the desk being ignorant with me sarcastic and rude she asked for my id i handed it to her then the next ignorant racial comment came from her mouth a New York Spanish man well that's when i had enough and knew she wasn't kidding about her rudeness so that's when said isn't that TO F ING BAD AND I GOT THIS LOOK FROM HER and her say what did you say to me i said here's sign language i held up to 2 fingers then took my 2 hand made a 0 WITH 2 FINGER AND TOOK INDEX FINGER AND SLID IT IN AND OUT OF THE HOLE AS IN F ING AND I SAID BAD THATS when she blew her stack and told me to leave i told her refund my nite and i will well she threatened me with calling the police well not being confrontational i left and again i have never ever been so disrespected in all the years of staying at anyplace my wife and i stayed and our last time in spring we stayed there 3 days but i never meet this lady i meet crystal and sheds a charm pleasant and nice well it will be last quality inn i ever book and if in the area of this place stay far from it and if your a male and of Hispanic , Latino then drive past this place
