The area close to everything

The staff. Pressure of the water in the tub. 1 elevator tore up so you have to wait almost 10minutes on 1 elevator. The beds is hard!

"Nice Room, But Fees, Service, and Construction Took Away from It"

The room itself was great—very spacious, clean, and nicely updated. I was really happy with the overall condition and comfort of the room, and it made our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. There was an additional $7 parking fee that I wasn’t expecting, which was a bit frustrating. The hotel also had construction going on during our stay. While I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, the noise started around 8am, which made it difficult to sleep in and relax. The staff wasn’t rude or mean, but they didn’t come across as very welcoming. The interactions felt a bit cold, like they didn’t really want to be there, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the extra fees, early construction noise, and less-than-warm service took away from what could have been a great stay.
