Hotel Le Germain Calgary

The location is outstanding and the price makes it better

I liked everything about the property

Close proximity to +15 Skywalk and the location made it easy to explore all over by foot.

The hotel hallways were extremely warm. Even with our room window open our room AC would come on constantly just to try to keep our room at 22. Hallway was probably 26-28 so we were fighting the heat coming in under the door. The heat and return air vents in the rooms could use a good clean. As someone with allergies that was a bit of an issue. The mini bar pricing was shocking! Not even for alcohol but a can of pop was $6 or a small snickers bar was $12 each. That was absolutely absurd. Was a good deterrent to stay away from it.

La cama doble no tiene ni 150cm. Es un poco incómodo para 2 personas.

Chambre magnifique, ULTRA CALME, parking en sous sol avec accès direct à l'hôtel. Accueil stylé et rapide. Literie très confortable, une des meilleures douche de nos 36 nuits de road trip. Hôtel situé juste en face de la tour CNN Le restaurant de l'hôtel avait l'air très bien , mais pas eu le temps de le tester. Fontaine à eau sur le palier, pratique mais un peu trop chaude à mon goût

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, dans des chambres neuves et chics comme celles du GERMAIN, il n'y a pas de prise de courant sur un côté du lit. Nous sommes tous et toutes équipés de téléphones à recharger ou autres appareils électroniques. Ce n'est quand même pas compliqué à mettre en place, juste du bon sens. Quant au frigo, il est inaccessible car bondé de boissons ++++. on a du en vider une bonne partie pour mettre nos affaires.

Lovely room but not worth the $$, nothing special really. I get that location plays a role in the cost, but the rooms should reflect the charges as well. The Sandman downtown was much more cozy with a great layout.

we stayed at Le Germain and our stay paled in comparison to our stay at the Sandman, the night prior. Not only was the cost much higher, we had to pay $36 for parking. And to top it off, they hold a $100 fee for 5-10 days, before returning our deposit😡

Earlier today, when exiting the parking, I was asked to drive down a back alley. A needle carrying ultra-high drug addict came towards the now locked car and another homeless woman was commencing her pooping as I exited. Why do staff direct guests towards this disaster zone? It’s my fourth stay. Second problem with the hotel on homeless casual. Their attitude is all is good. Canada has a special tolerance of homelessness and open air drug use. Beware. Its unpleasant and tolerated at an unusual level

Hotel mitten in Downtown Calgarys.Zu Fuss alles super zu erreichen.Der Empfang war super und herzlich.Danke vielmal Cem.Er konnte uns super Tipps geben und war sehr zuvorkommend.Das Hotel bietet alles was man verlangen kann.Zimmer gross und super ausgestattet.Im angrenzenden Restaurant kann man gutes Essen aber auch Frühstück geniessen.Die Stanley Avenue mit vielen tollen Lokalen,wie das Cactus Club Cafe ist in gut 10Gehminuten erreichbar.Der Calgarytower ist direkt gegenüber dem Hotel.
