The service was excellent, from telephone calls, to check in, to stay, to valet, to check out. Unique and great room layout. Best location in downtown Calgary. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Valet was $50, which was a bit pricey for said service. Shower head would spring up and not stay put. Request for late check out denied. Complimentary bottled water was not provided in room.

Superb hotel, modern but with a touch of classic. Amazing location and super friendly personnel! The location is also absolutely convenient- walking distance from all the nice places. Loved everything about this hotel, we’ll definitely come back here.
