I love the place and it had everything I needed there.

The kitchen The most, because going out and eat cost more than cooking for myself.

Clean rooms the bed was comfortable the pillows were comfortable good TV programming

What I didn't like was the noise from upstairs I think if the floors were carpeted it would be less noise whoever was staying above me had heavy feet

Everything, they were transparent, fair, reasonable and kept a clean area all throughout the property, can't wait to stay again

The apartment style setup waa a vibe.

Room furniture need cleaning and a bit of dusting can be done.

The location and space was excellent!

Too poorly lit for me to see clearly at night, had to use a flashlight to set the thermostat and switch to heat. Killed a small roach on the stove. Toilet flapper valve did not seal properly. Mattress was too soft and low for my needs. Really aggravated my back pain & sciatica.

Bathroom fan was very very dirty. Floor was sticky and toilet seat was broken.

It was cheap and looked clean from the outside. Unfortunately never got into the room.

There was nobody available after hours on site. We tried to get there earlier, but construction on the interstates meant we arrived at 10pm instead of the 6pm we had planned. I sent an email to let them know we would be late, and I thought I had been given an access code to the lockbox, but it didn't work. We tried to contact them with the number they provided, but our cell phones could only text, not make or receive calls (our plans had Canadian and US minutes, but didn't work for some reason - that's on us). We ended up having to go to another hotel, eat the deposit, and incur extra costs. I would suggest having the ability to respond to clients that can only communicate by text or email. I don't recommend staying here if you are on a long drive because delays could put you outside the times when they have someone on-site.

My flight was delayed twice and management was in communication and still provided the same service to me when I finally made it! Awesome service!
