Liberty Wharf Apartments

Front desk persons very helpful. Kitchenette well-stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, cooking tools. Apartment also came equipped with some tablets for washer, liquid dish soap, paper towels, as well as some coffee, tea, milk (in fridge). Rooms were quiet. Good area. The main bus station for the island twenty feet away. Great to have washer/dryer (although we found either that the dryer aspect of the machine didn't work well or that we could not get it to work). Would stay here again.

Well located. Right near bus station. also shopping centre underneath. Neat and tidy apartment. Good size.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, modern and very well equipped 1 bedroom apartment in a central location in St Helier next to the bus station, handy for trips around the island. Full kitchen including, oven, hob, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. Short walking distance from shops, marina and a host of bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend these apartments. The only improvement I would suggest is that the management provide instructions for the use of the oven, microwave dishwasher etc we had to manage by guesswork.

A superb find, the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend these apartments and hope to return soon

We have stayed at the property many times due to it’s typically comfortable accommodations and friendly employees. Unfortunately the property is beginning to show it’s age and lack of updates. Overall the rooms are tired, cracking and splintered cabinets, stained and flat furniture, etc. While the location is convenient if access to town is a necessity, it is time for an overhaul and thorough remodel.

Fabulous location and bright clean apartment. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The pillows like teabags. I would have opted for the sofa but that was equally uncomfortable. No bathrobes as advertised and the in-house free toiletries amounted to a tiny bottle of shampoo and same of body wash.

I can’t fault anything about the apartment or the service. Will definitely be booking again soon.

Had an apartment with a balcony which we were able to use and enjoy. Location could not be better as we use buses to travel around and apartments are next to the bus station

The bad first; The location (on top of city bus station), The bed (may have just laid on the floor), Aminities (bare minimum and uncomfortable), The doors (literally 3 spring hinged doors separating hall, bath & bedroom. The Good stuff; Easy to book, big balcony, wash/dryer, big fridge and good water pressure. Overall, 2.5 out of 5.
