Liberty Wharf Apartments

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Was like a show home it was so perfect and clean. Lovely touch with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, breakfast cereal, biscuits,crisps. What a welcome! Really good location. Right next to main bus station with buses going all over the island including regularly to and from the airport. Staff were so very nice and so helpful (both day and night staff). Really friendly.Stunning panoramic views. It absolutely made my holiday!

Depending what you require from a hotel stay these apartments are excellent if you want some independence and privacy. They are well equipped and the beds comfortable. What you won't get is all the other hotel experience. Bar restaurant and interaction with fellow guests.

Staff very courteous and genuinely couldn’t be more helpful, actively considering my wife’s disability (blindness), recognising something that may be a problem in our room considering it’s layout and proactively offering to move us to a more suitable one. I haven’t been in a hotel who takes anywhere near as much interest in ensuring a specific room suitable your needs. I also found the value of the room to be very competitive considering the cost of nearby hotels, particularly considering the space to get compared to a hotel. I’d also highlight that whilst they’re obciously geared up for lingerie stays, you can still book 1 night as I did and it’s pretty perfect for that. A fantastically well stocked kitchen and they even gave us a pint of milk, some biscuits, crisps, cereal, tea/coffee, washing up liquid, washing power, etc complementary.

Really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately because of the bad weather (raining) could not make full use of the balcony. If there had been a roof over it we could have at least spent some time out there.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Jersey.Great location with shops,bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.Staff were very friendly and helpful and apartment has everything you need.Would definitely return here.

We stayed at The Liberty Wharf apartments for a three night break in October. We were very impressed with the overall service; the apartments were immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Even the bath robes supplied were cosy and luxurious. The staff were hugely helpful, friendly and informative. The apartments are perfectly situated within a five minute walk of the shops in St Hellier, bars and restaurants. We couldn't fault our stay and will definitely return at some point in the future.

We chose liberty wharf for our holiday because we wanted self catering and the location was ideal. We didnt hire a car for our trip to Jersey so it was brilliant to be so close to the bus station , and also just a couple of minutes from grocery shops and dozens of restaurants and cafes. The beach is just a five minute walk. Because of the desirable location it was a bit noisy around 2am on Saturday night, but other days were ok. There is some noise from the bus station but it didn't disturb us once we were used to it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a slight problem with the comfort of our sofa bed but this was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction- a new bed was provided. The apartment was lovely, spacious and modern with lots of light. The kitchen was well equipped, even including a dishwasher and washing machine and a 'welcome pack' including milk, breakfast and dishwasher tablets was provided. It was lovely to pop down for croissants in the morning. It was also very useful to be able to leave our bags at reception on the last day since our flight was in the evening. I was pleased to see them stored in a locked room and we were able to enjoy our day without lugging everything around with us.

We had a lovely stay here at these lovely well kept clean apartments, everything we needed was catered for, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Really lovely apartments in really lovely Jersey. So nice to have all mod cons even if only for a couple of nights. In October lots of places are closing earlier - indeed we missed dinner the first night so particularly wonderful to have a fully equipped kitchen.

Just back from a week in Jersey staying at the Liberty Wharf Apartments. What can I say? From the moment we arrived we could not have been looked after better. All of the staff, both front of house and housekeeping, were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our standard apartment was also fitted to a high standard with a balcony and partial harbour view. And complementary breakfast croissants... In short superb. Thank you!!
