I was surprised that the key codes were not provided to me in advance, especially since I arrived on a holiday when the check-in desk was closed. After a long journey, I was tired and had hoped for a smooth and easy check-in so I could get to my room quickly. Instead, I had to make a phone call, and the staff member I spoke with did not have my key codes available. She asked me to wait five minutes and call back after checking with her colleagues. In the end, she was helpful, but I had never experienced such an inconvenient check-in process before.

accueil du personnel, chambre spacieuse et ppropre

petit déjeuner perfectible : les produits ne sont pas bons car ne sont pas de qualité : pain de mie élastique, pas de pain de campagne ou céréales, effilés de poulet chaud ne sont pas bons. Il faudrait un appareil pour faire des oeufs coque, qui mange des oeufs durs le matin ? et un vrai bon pain et des viennoiseries de meilleure qualité. C'est dommage car le reste des prestations est très bien mais faire payer 9,99 euros pour le petit-déjeuner proposé me laisse un gout amer dans la bouche.

Nous sommes arrivées plus tôt et nous avons du attendre l'ouverture de la réception car fermée entre 12h et 15h - le temps d'arrivée de la gare à l'appartement - Dommage -
