Me and my family enjoy being there when we take trips to San Antonio.

When we arrived for check in, the manager was not there. But instead it took an extra 10 minutes to arrive. My wife is disabled, the stairs to go to the 3rd floor were not accommodating. The elevator was out of service the entire two nights of stay. The shower had little to no pressure.

"I booked this hotel for the pool adverticed but not even close."

Pool is not what is advertised. Loby temperature on summer at 85*, very uncomfortable welcoming at that temperature. In the morning I wanted to grab a quick breakfast but again temperature too hot to sit down and enjoy your meal.
