I love the staff, super friendly and helpful.

Rooms need to be upgraded (remodeled), room smelled like wet carpet, doors looked old, elevator was getting fixed it was out of order. Sheets and towels looked old.

The satff was very nice, but the elevator wasn't working and it wasn't until about 8 p.m. we were sent an email notifying us. At that time we couldn't cancel the reservation as we were coming from one of the parks, it was late, we were tired and had a person with a disability. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, having to go up and down the stairs with a disable person.....not a pleasant experience.

ELEVATOR not working and we were notified too late - not able to cancel the reservation.
