The dining experience also reflected limited awareness and flexibility around specialized dietary requirements. There appeared to be very few low-carb or keto-friendly options available, along with a lack of proper understanding of gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free dietary needs. In addition, requests for simple accommodations or healthier additions — such as avocado — were often declined outright instead of being handled with a more guest-focused and solution-oriented approach.

The place is calm, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They provide room service every day, which made the stay very comfortable. There is also a restaurant downstairs that serves good food. Breakfast was included, with a variety of dishes to choose from each morning. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and well maintained throughout the stay.
