We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Regenza by Tunga. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The entire team truly made our stay special. A special mention to the incredible kitchen staff who made us feel like family throughout our stay — Rashmi, Snehal, and Nishura were always so kind, attentive, and welcoming. The two chefs, khushi and Ganesh, were outstanding — the breakfast food was consistently delicious, and their personal touch made every breakfast meal even more enjoyable. And how could I forget Chirag, who was extremely attentive to all our needs and ensured everything at breakfast was perfect for us including my double espresso in the morning! Thankyou.. We were also very impressed with the front office and reservations team. Ms. Ramla from Reservations made sure we had the right room and handled our booking seamlessly, which we truly appreciated. Aditi at reception was always so helpful and professional, and her perfect smile truly made every interaction even more pleasant at the welcome desk. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and the overall ambience of the hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. Location is perfect as you have easy access to rail, shops and of-cause Inorbit mall. If there was one small area for improvement, it would be the gym facilities. Expanding the weights section and adding a better weight machine would make the fitness experience even better for guests who train regularly!. Thank you to everyone at The Regenza by Tunga for making our stay one of the very best experiences I’ve had in India. The warmth, care, and professionalism of the entire team truly made it unforgettable.. And the thoughtful Bon Voyage cake on our final day was truly the icing on the cake and such a beautiful gesture to end our stay. We will definitely be returning! Thank-you Tunga.. !

This room was a good escape to rest recharge and prepare for the next day. The first two hotels I stayed at were both a negative experience. This hotel was an excellent find.

The hotel is a bit worn but we had an amazing stay. We stayed at the Hilton last year and this hotel as a package was better. The staff were friendly, the food was great. I have dietary issues, so imaging being in India and not being able to eat garlic or onions! However, they made me curries from scratch (Thanks Animesh👍). Clean rooms too thanks to Firoz who was a great housekeeper, shout-out to him. A huge mall with bars, shopping and restaurants is across the road. 30-40 mins to the sites and airport overall a very good location.

ELECTRICAL SWITCHES NEEDDS TO BE CHANGED ASAP . WE HAD TO CALL THE PERSON EVERYTIME WE HAD TO INSERT A PLUG . WASHROOM DOOR NEEDS ALIGNMNET DOES NOT CLOSE FULLY . RECEPTION LOBBY LOOKS RUN DOWN AS COMPARED TO THE ROOMS AND THE FLOOR . RECEPTION IS QUITE DARK AND OUT OF FASHION . KEEP SOME ARTIFICIAL PLANTS IN THE BALCONY OF EACH FLOOR
