We stayed here for just under a week and were very blown away at how great this place was. Initially we planned to stay at the 5-star Marriott, which looked absolutely amazing ... but after reading reviews about this place, we decided to book it because the rooms were a lot more spacious. We are very glad we did. We are currently staying at a Fairmont on our next city and it cannot compare to the CoolRooms experience. I will start out by saying that the hotel has 5 suites. I would recommend splurging on a suite, given some of the standard room reviews I've read. We were assigned the Torrean Suite ... which is incredible. The ceilings were almost 20 feet high with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful drapery. When the drapes were open, there were beautiful views of the city ... when closed it was like a luxurious palace. There was also a huge patio with an umbrella, loungers, couch and chairs. While the daytime heat was too high to use it, at night it was the perfect outdoor area for a cigar. If you are looking for a suite, book the Torrean Suite. You won't be disappointed. Technically it's not really a suite (connecting rooms) unless you count the outdoor space. It's just a giant room with high ceilings. The bathroom was the only so-so part of the room. The toilet/shower area were separated by a curtain and most sounds from in the bathroom could be heard throughout the main room. This suite is not for the shy when it comes to 'bathroom sounds' or if one person wants to shower early/late while the other sleeps. The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. (though it had 4 jets, in addition to the rainfall head) I prefer a nice, strong water pressure shower. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in. Never have I slept until 10 a.m. ... yet all 4 nights, we did here. Crisp linens, soft mattress and nice pillows. The air conditioning also worked great, considering temperatures in Seville were over 100 degrees during each day of our stay. The lobby is ornate and has plenty of seating. We loved the little side room with small cartons of water and snacks/fruit for free. I do think they should leave more bottled water in the rooms though, one bottle for 3 people in 100 degrees heat was tough. The staff here is very nice and helpful. They really go out of their way to help guests ... and the GM & Concierge are great about fulfilling special requests. You can walk anywhere in the main part of the city in 10 - 20 minutes ... so while not right in the thick of things, it's a good base if you don't mind walking through some local neighborhoods. We were treating ourselves, so $1k per night was expensive ... but in other cities in the would, that type of suite would be 3x or more the price. Every aspect of our stay was indicative of a 5-star experience. The only drawbacks were the bathroom and the lack of bottled water in the rooms. Other than that, you won't find a better experience in Seville.

We had a wonderful two nights basking in the splendour of all the beauty Seville can offer The hotel was exceptional as were the staff lead by the reception staff we dealt with Beatrix and Marina The Rooms had an authentic beauty about them as did the lobby and restaurant and the whole team were very accommodating noting we had a late flight. We’ll be back and I’m sure we’ll comeback here again Thank you all from Fawad & Family 💛
