"Historical hotel in the heart of Santiago"

The location was right around the corner from the Cathedral in such a beautiful building that we were photographing it before we realized it was our hotel! It has a lot of history to add to charm. Rooms were comfortable and the hot tub and pool were very welcome after finishing the Camino.

Just a small disconnect between Booking.com and the hotel reservation- I had the wrong date and was unable to change reservation through booking.com. I had to call hotel directly, they fixed it, but the change could not show up in Booking. It all worked out but I worried about the reservation a bit .

"Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage"

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, ca. 10 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, schön gestaltet und sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Das Personal ist sympathisch und freundlich. Parkieren ist auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel möglich.

El gimnasio es muy muy básico… Un hotel de ese nivel y precio debe tener smart en las habitaciones… la nuestra NO la tenía

"ótima parada em Santiago"

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o prédio modernizado preserva toda a história e beleza do local. A equipe é atenciosa, simpática e eficiente.

Serviço de bar um pouco defasado, não havia equipe no local e demoraram no atendimento. O café da manhã é caro para o que oferece.
