"Monumental is an apt word for a stay in a monumental monument!"

Location in town centre, ample parking, swimming pool, excellent breakfast

Would have liked less brown furniture (!!) but appreciate that the Monastery is owned by the monks!!

Excellent location. And taking a swim and a jacuzzi after the Camino walk was heaven. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was wonderful.

The bedspreads were a bit drab but maybe that’s because it was an Abbey in the past.

"Disappointing and not worth the price"

The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were pleasant. Quiet room.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was like lying on the floor. I was in a room in the basement down a long corridor with no one else around. It made it quiet but I felt isolated. Maybe that’s where they put the pilgrims! Front desk staff were not helpful with my questions. I stayed in way nicer alburgues for a fraction of the price. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Localização, quarto espaçoso, conforto da cama, encanto de um edifício histórico.

Os materiais da casa de banho acusam alguma idade, e a água do chuveiro tinha pouca pressão.

La ubicación es excelente. Y la experiencia de vivir en un monasterio es insuperable. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable, atendiendo a todos nuestros pedido.

La habitación podría haber estado un poco más calefaccionada, pero reconozco que nosotros venimos de un clima bastante cálido.
