The property and location were very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Rubbish in car park cleaning items left out in restaurant.

Receptionist Laura very helpful allocating us a ground floor room and arranging a table for eight for breakfast on last day for family get together. Food ok in restaurant and breakfast good choice. good value

Spacious room in a good location with adjoining bar and restaurant. Staff very friendly. Checking in was fast and easy and plenty of free parking space. Upgraded room had iron and fan included but only basic tea/ coffee making facilities.

Rooms were very dated and not very well maintained. Frayed carpet , peeling paint in many places. Poorly repaired walls and dents not repaired. Gaps in sealant in bathroom and damaged rotting bath panel. Rodent poison station under the bed. Fan was filthy and was cleaned by me. Tap in sink had thick limescale on the surface which I easily scraped off. Could benefit from thicker blackout curtains and better glazing to reduce road noise. Breakfast was OK but some elements were cold. Sausage was not appetising and pale and bacon was very overcooked and hard. Coffee was abysmal weak and no flavour.
