L’accueil peu chaleureux et sans sens du service client

Des détails pratiques comme la télévision dont les images étaient zébrées pendant un bon moment, le manque de porte-savon, la difficulté de rentrer par la porte-fenêtre (chambre au rez-de-chaussée), un duvet alors qu’on était en période de canicule. Et pas de mini-frigo alors que le bar est fermé le dimanche

Le plateau repas n était pas à la hauteur vu le prix de 22 euros mêmes pas un dessert 😩😩😩

La recepcionista fue muy amable y todo fueron facilidades. La ubicación muy buena y no nos pusieron ningún problema para guardar la bici.

Ich war im Juni 2024 schon mal für ein paar Tage hier und war damals durchweg begeistert. Vom Team, von der Herzlichkeit und der Gastfreundschaft. Leider kam der erneute Besuch dieser Erfahrung nicht nahe, aber es war dennoch schön. Sicher weiterhin eine gute Wahl in Salers.

Der Schallschutz der Türen sollte einmal kritisch geprüft und optimiert werden. Man hört die Türen aller Gäste morgens sehr laut.

The availability of parking near the hotel is certainly a positive aspect. There is also a swimming pool, which is probably enjoyable on hot days. The breakfast is quite acceptable, and, of course, the beautiful town itself helps compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings.

Absolutely overrated hotel. Surprisingly, the standard rooms have a more decent interior finish and a more modern renovation. The superior, more expensive rooms feature bathrooms affected by mold, outdated plumbing fixtures, and blinds that cannot be opened. The restaurant was a major disappointment. It serves dishes that look surprisingly cheap and offer a completely neutral, uninspiring taste. Despite being repeatedly mentioned in Michelin guides, this does not correspond to our experience at all. In our opinion, such recognition is entirely unjustified.
