It was a very nice and comfortable stay. The personal very kind and ready to help you any time in everything. I will recommend this hotel to everybody and next time will stay only in this hotel

"Kleines aber feines Hotel "

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Bad, Frühstück gut und reichhaltig, auf Grund der zentralen Lage kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen

Wifi никакого нет,полотенце не меняют,в номеря грязно,волосы.Убрали мусор после того,как пришлось несколько раз сказать об этом персоналу. Номер был люкс.На люстры пыль и волосы.В ванной комнате грибок и сколы кафеля. Кондишен расположен так ,чтоб воздух направлялся прямо на кровать,так что включать не могла,чтоб не заболел ребенок. Завтрак -это каша в пакетиках,которую надо разводить водой.Блинчики из магазина и сырники,которые продают на развес. Кошмар! Своему ребенку я такой завтрак предложить не могу,пришлось есть одни бутерброды и йогурты. Мамы меня поймут,такие завтраки - это безобразие. И цена за 5 дней почти 30000р.Можно было бы завтрак приличный придумать,с учётом того,что отельчик маленький и постояльцев не много. Нет ,больше не поедем в этот отель.Самое хорошее в этом отели - это его расположение.

3 Tages Trip mit Sightseeing, optimale Lage an der Moika, Nevsky Prospekt etc, man kann alles zu Fuss machen

Good location...i affraided this lift to reception and corridors unclean ,room about ok.breakfast poor ,not even coffee....dark and small breakfast room

מיקום מצויין. צוות נחמד ומסייע. חדר מזעזע - אין מקום ללכת לחלון לדוגמא כי המיטה נגמרת בקיר (ולא שהיא גדולה או נוחה). צריך לטפס על המיטה כדי להסתכל מהחלון. חזות וכניסה למלון מזעזעים

Самый центр города. Пешая доступность к главным достопримечательностям и магазинам. Номер выходит во внутренний двор - тишина. Во дворе можно спокойно припарковать автомобиль.

CENTRALT läge. BRA Personal Service. BRA Pris. Frukost är OK men tider rätt sena, med start från 8.00 till 10.00. För business föredras det frukost med start senast från 7.00. Lyhörd personal och försökte fixa frukost lite tidigare. Rum var rätt bra men städades inte varje dag. Det föredras också kylskåp i varje rum. Definitivt stannar där nästa gång.

small but great service,courtesy of staff wonderful, glood brreakfast so cllose to room. price excellent. near HERMITAGE and fine pubs and restaurants,fish outstanding. veggie small eaterie near also
