The apartment is well located for the Utility Arena and for the restaurants and bars around the canal and Broad Street. Communication was thorough and clear.

The double glazing was worse than ineffective as every noise from outside could be heard loud and clear within the apartment, as if the windows were open and as this turned out to be a very lively and noisy night life area, we were unable to get any sleep at all, which badly impacted our visit.

The windows in the bedroom could do with tightening so they close better in order to keep sound/drafts out

Fantastic apartment. Very clean, comfortable & had a lovely welcoming vibe. Excellent value for money.

No on-site parking but we didn't find this too much of an issue as there is a multi storey nearby. No hot Water in the apartment late at night or next morning.

Excellent spot 5mins quick walk from New Street.Close to bars and restaurants .Apt had everything to cook with and sky tv.
