Absolutely spotless inside, beautiful sea view’s and a lovely terrace for breakfast or drinks, fabulous spacious rooms with great facilities, right next to a bus stop too take you too the airport in Nice or a short walk to the train station, perfect location for a walk to Menton

Just a wee bit noisy if you’re on the terrace with the noise from the motor bikes but wouldn’t put us off returning
