Perfect location in the heart of the town. Warm welcoming, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic roof terrace that we enjoyed in the evening. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Wonderful palazzo tastefully decorated with original features, great attention to detail. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Lucca!

"A little gem restored to its best."

We first stayed at Antica Dimora Patrizia about 22 years ago. It was wonderful to start with but later lost it’s way. Francesca has transformed the little palazzo into a lovely place to stay. The hospitality was first rate. The rooms were lovely again. The breakfast was very good indeed. I don’t eat cake for breakfast but was tempted two days in a row by the wonderful cakes! We will be back!

"I felt like a queen."

This property was a surprise! The room was huge and looked like something from a medieval castle. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even set up an olive oil and wine tasting excursion for us.

Very friendly owner and the staff, nice location in the middle of the old town. Good restaurants. Plenty of things to do and see. Close to Pisa and Firenze....we used it as a base to visit both. It's not far from the sea....1 hour drive to Marina di Pisa beach.

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mitten im alten Stadtkern. Unser Zimmer war riesig und es fehlte an nichts, das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, tolle Restaurants in der Altstadt, wie InCucina Montecarlo, La Buca Del Norcino. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

This is not a hotel, but a journey into a fairy tale. Very friendly and helpful owner, ready to assist with everything, location in the very center of a cozy old town on top of a mountain, offering breathtaking views in all directions.

Unbelievably unique and beautiful little hotel. It is like time travelling to a more romanic time. Charming hostess and fantastic breakfast with a buffet of homemade cakes.
